I was selling my home "as is", and was very concerned if it would sell. Bev & Dave were very reassuring to me, assuring me my property had a lot to offer and my main concerns were cosmetic. We listed it on Friday, and by Sunday I had 2 solid offers. Bev talked with me about the pros & cons of each offer, and by Monday I accepted one feeling confident it was the right decision.
