Bev Roberts is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market. I, particularly, appreciated her guidance in getting my house ready to show. She had very good, down-to-earth advice. Bev kept me up-to-date with all the showings and communicated quickly the inspection and appraisal needs on the house. She was always willing to explain anything that I didn’t understand and explained fully the ins and outs of selling my home and both the advantages and drawbacks of everything.
