Bev and Dave are natives of Indiana. They both were born and raised in Brown County, where they met and married in 1975. They moved to the Columbus area in 1991. They are most proud of their 3 grown children, and 5 grandchildren, who all live in the area. After many years of buying, selling, and renovating homes, they understand the importance of having good representation when conducting the most important transaction many may ever be involved in. They do their utmost to make certain you have all the information you need to make well informed decisions.
Bev and Dave work with both buyers and sellers in the Columbus, and surrounding areas. When not working at real estate, they enjoy spending quality time with family, and their 2 Yorkies, Tippy and Ellie. They also enjoy traveling, and sight-seeing, as well as working/helping with activities at their church. They have been members at First Christian Church since 1991 and have dedicated themselves to operating their business on sound Christian principles.
Bev has earned her designation as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), has served as President for the Crossroads Association of Realtors in 2015, and is currently serving as President for the second time. Bev was named Realtor of the Year in 2015.
They are both members of Crossroads Association of Realtors, Indiana Association of Realtors, and The National Association of Realtors. They subscribe to the MIBOR BLC (Broker Listing Exchange). They have received the Century 21 Quality Service Award annually since 2008 for client satisfaction. and have received the Masters Team Award from Century 21. 2022 was our best year in sales.
